Self-catering apartments for a relaxing holiday

The country house has been divided up into 4 independent flats. Each apartment has been furnished in a cosy and functional way, has its own entrance as well as a fully equipped kitchen combined with the living-room where guests can find everything they need to cook and enjoy their meals in complete autonomy. The apartments include bedding, a double sofa bed, a TV and bedrooms with double or single beds. Each bedroom has its own adjacent private bathroom supplied with towels.

The granary "Il Granaio"

“Il Granaio” apartment takes its name from the old granary. It overlooks the painstakingly mown lawn and an evergreen oak wood.

This flat can host from 6 to 8 people and it consists of a large kitchen combined with the living-room, a sofa bed, a fireplace and two bedrooms - both with a double bed and an additional single bed if needed as well as an independent bathroom with shower.

The Oak "La Quercia"

“La Quercia” apartment was given such name in honour of the old and locally-famous “big oak” which had been the biggest oak in the Pesaro-Urbino province for about 3 centuries - from 1700 until April 2016 - when it unfortunately fell down. Nevertheless, its remaining stump still indicates where “the big oak” used to stand.

This apartment is suitable for 4 to 6 people. It has a large kitchen combined with the living-room, a fireplace, one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom and two bedrooms with single beds. Both of these bedrooms also have their own bathroom with shower.

The Palerno "Il Palerno"

This cosy apartment is named after the Palerno hill that rises opposite the country house. From this flat you can get a wonderful view of the rolling Marche hills.

“Il Palerno” apartment is a two-room flat that can host from 3 to 5 people. It consists of a kitchen combined with the living-room, a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double and a single bed and a private bathroom with shower.

The Cherry Trees "I Ciliegi"

“I Ciliegi”apartment is a two-room flat for 2 people and is made up of a kitchen combined with the living-room, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. This flat is equipped with all the facilities for the disabled.

The apartment takes this name in honour and memory of my father who was a farmer and had a deep fascination with this type of tree - the cherry tree.
